Berd the Bird is an Videogame IP by Nermin J. the creator of the Webtoon "City of Neroel". It is an planed 2D Open World  Action Platformer in the vein of games such as Kirby, Earthworm Jim, Banjo Kazooie, Crash Bandicoot, Castlevania and Sonic the Hedgehog. This project startet after the creator Nermin J. played around with Macromedia Flash and did some test animation for City of Neroel. He decided to do some test animations with an invented two-leged bird character who was based on an croatian cartoon character bird of an 1960s short. The character he drew fascinated him so much that he decided to give him his own form of Franchise rather than putting him in City of Neroel. That franchise was decided on to be an Videogame IP due to the interesting anatomy of the character and the interest in Videogame 2D Handrawn Animations of the creator. The game is supposed to come out in either 2020-2022 since there is no fix release date and the creator tries to find some people who would be interested in the project to create an whole team for this game. Nermin J. being only the animator, designer, voice actor, creator, storyboarder/writer and concept artist, he still needs programmers, co-animators, co-designers/artists, voice actors and more who would be willing to work for free on this little videogame IP(everybody will be mentioned in the credits or will appear as an easter egg or minor character in the game).
